Thursday October 30, 2025, Voku to support book publishing “Tattoo on The Waterwave”. Food served from 7pm, no reservation.

We are crowdfunding for this book which will be published in Arabic under the title alwashm ‘ala assaqiya, which translate roughly as ‘a tattoo on the waterwave’. It is correspondances in the tale among two friends, their relation is writing. Writing bodies on waves, conjugated by long waves of storytellers that take water tales and implace their feathers in the world of ears, to change, influence the flow of the dream (living).
These tales, mostly recorded from Palestinian old women, form the rupture in the picture, tales look at realty folded behind the tent, folded by the stars’ own hands with shining elements. Individuals weave these lines of the streamy consciousness that takes flower from the mouth. Mountains, vallies calls the human to be born, third hand weaves, third eye sees. And the flower to be born from the seed.
