De Bollox – Anarchistische Bibliotheek in Amsterdam bestaat nu meer dan 42 jaar. Wij willen vol goede moed naar de volgende 42 jaar! In de afgelopen paar jaar is het dak volledige vernieuwd, onlangs zijn de WCs vervangen met o.a. een rolstoel toilet. En zeer recent nog de entree hal en deuren en kozijnen.

Door de jaren heen zijn er leterlijk honderden boek presentaties, film vertoningen, discussie en info bijeenkomsten, benefieten en concerten georganiseerd.
Dit alles door vrijwilligers en zonder 1 cent subsidie.Alle activiteiten zijn altijd gratis bij te wonen en als men wil en kan staat er een donatie pot op de bar voor het goede doel waar die avond voor word gecollecteerd.

Door de jaren heen hebben wij duizenden en duizenden euro’s ingezameld voor projecten wereldwijd, en na al die jaren van getoondeinternationale solidariteit vanuit de Bollox vragen wij nu aan jullie een stukje solidariteit voor de Bollox – Anarchistische Bibliotheek !

Waarom deze crowdfunding ?

Wij willen een goede en sterke luchtverversingsinstallatie plaatsen inclusief de toe en afvoer kanalen.
Nieuw meubilair kopen, met name comfortabele stoelen voor langere film en infoavonden zodat er gemakkelijker kan worden deelgenomen door jong en oud.
De keuken heeft een nodige update nodig zoals een elektrisch fornuis, oven, nieuwe magnetron, e.d.
En nieuwe geluidsapparatuur met name nieuwe speakers en versterker en de bijbehorende bekabeling.

The Bollox – Anarchist Library in Amsterdam has been around for more than 42 years now. We want to go to the next 42 years in good spirits! The roof has been completely renovated in the past few years, and the toilets have recently been replaced with, among other things, a wheelchair toilet. And very recently the entrance hall and doors and window frames.

Over the years there have been eterious ones hundreds of book presentations, film screenings, discussion and information meetings, benefits and concerts organized.
All this by volunteers and without 1 cent subsidy. All activities are always free to attend and if you want and can, there is a donation pot on the bar for the charity that will be collected that evening.

Over the years we have raised thousands and thousands of euros for projects worldwide, and after all these years of showinginternational solidariteit from the Bollox we now ask you one piece of solidarity for the Bollox – Anarchist Library!

Why this crowdfunding?

We want a good and strong one air-refreshment plant places including the supply and drainage channels.
New furniture buy, especially comfortable chairs for longer films and information evenings so that young and old can participate more easily.
The kitchen needs a necessary update such as one electric stove, oven, new microwave, etc.
And new soundequipment in particular new speakers and amplifier and the associated cabling.
